The most important difference:

 Neoguard, after application, does not seal the surface of the material; the material stil has the ability to breathe--exchange air from inside to outside.

 After applying Flex‑Sealer 1000^™, materials completely or almost completely lost the ability to breathe. As a result, in case of water penetration in  materials treated by "Flex Sealer 1000's" the material will be rotten from the inside.
