A revolutionary non-toxic hydrophobic coating (water proofing)!

Hydrophobic properties are the driving force behind the formation of membranes and micelles in aqueous solution. Hydrophobic properties are commonly believed to play a similar role in the folding of globular proteins--although proteins are much more complex systems. However, because hydrophobic effects are an entropic manifestation of salvation by a remarkably complex liquid (water!), the construction of a valid molecular model of hydrophobic interactions is very difficult. No such molecular model is currently available.

Neoguard compositions are the newest development in science.  Neoguard concentrate - (price 30$ for 1 Liter or 110$ per gallon) is recommended for use on the following materials:

1 L. of concentrate after adding regular water gives you 7 L. of working solution

1 gallon of concentrate after adding regular water gives you 7 gallons of warking solution

To cover 1m² of surface to get hydrophobic effect you will need 0.2 L. of Neoguard. (to cover 100 sq.ft needs 0.5 gallon of Neoguard). I can say that consumption of Neoguard depends of type of porous surface and various around 0.2 L for woods and concrete.

One layer is enough in most cases. It is proven that hydrophobic effect will last for 3-5 years and depends on conditions.

Application: spray or use brush. Make sure that after applying the treated surface is wet. Let surface dry. Hydrophobic effect on treated surface will be in 10 hours and last for 3 -5 years.
